Victorville, California —-The Victorville daily newsroom has announced that the paper will be releasing new details about its upcoming press conference, which will feature a privateer media executive.
Victorville Press Secretary Jason Johnson says the privateer executive will be “reporters of some of the best quality that we have to offer,” and that the press conference will be held at the Victorville-based Victorville Privateer Press headquarters.
The newsroom said it will hold the press event on Saturday, June 1 at 6 p.m. on the fourth floor of the newsroom.
Johnson says the press release will “bring in some of our reporters to cover the story.”
Victorville Press secretary Jason Johnson said that he had a private party on the premises, where he and other reporters will attend.
Victorvillers will be able to attend the press briefing, as well as other events, through the Victorvill Pressroom website, and via Twitter at @Victorvillpress.
Johnson said that the Victor-based privateer will also provide reporters with “the best information on the latest news in the region, as it relates to privateer sports, hunting, and other sports.”
The privateer, a company based in England, has a fleet of nearly 400 boats, and is involved in the world’s most secretive private military operation.
Johnson also said that Victorvill-based publicist Brian P. Gaffney and his company, The Gaffneys Group, will attend the news conference, along with his brother-in-law, Robert Gaffey, a former state legislator from Georgia.
The company has worked with privateers such as privateers The Gage and The Gagetown.
Johnson has said that if there is a public announcement about the company’s operations that involves any information about the privateers’ operations, the press office will provide that information as soon as possible.
