Dumbbell press is back, and that’s saying a lot given that this year we have a new version to test and review.
This time around, the new Dumbbell is powered by the latest version of the Powerbar, and with that comes a new set of dumbbells.
If you’re just tuning in to this article, you’re in luck because we’re about to get some testing.
If your a beginner or just want to give this dumbbell a try, we recommend that you take a look at this dumbler and see if you like it.
The new dumbbell will be available for purchase on December 12th, 2018, and we’ve already got some great results in our test.
We had the opportunity to get a chance to test out the new dumblebs and we can report that the new version is a good option for beginners who are looking for a new option for their dumbbell presses.
If that’s you, be sure to check out our review of the new Powerbar Dumbbell, and if you want to try the new weight, we also recommend that we give it a shot.
What’s the difference between the Powerbars Dumbbell and the new power dumbler?
We have a great new video to share with you, but for now let’s focus on the two new dumblers.
The new dumbler comes in three sizes, and while the size you get in the new kit is the same size as the PowerBar, there is a difference between each size.
For starters, the newest Powerbar is about half the size of the previous model, while the new model is half the weight of the older Powerbar.
This is where the new two-tone color scheme comes in.
The first time we tried the new Black and Blue kit, we thought it looked great, and it was a great fit for our light and medium-heavy weight lifters.
However, we noticed that the second time we tested it, the color scheme seemed a little off to us.
It didn’t really match the other kits that we were using, so we decided to return it for another try.
While we’re happy with the color we received with the first kit, the second kit did not look right to us, so for the next attempt we decided that we would just stick with the black and blue color scheme.
Since this is the second kits we’ve used, we were also able to check the weights and reps of the two kits.
This is something that the older kits were lacking, but this time around the new kits came out looking better than the old ones.
So, how much weight should I use with the new versions of the dumbbell?
In the old kits, the weight was always set at about 70kg (150lbs) for a good 80% of the reps.
This was also the case for the new models.
However, when we tried to set the new ones at 80kg (185lbs) and then see how much heavier we got, the weights just didn’t feel right.
When we tried it for a couple of reps at a time, we got about 80% more reps than we would have with the older versions.
This made it hard to set weights accurately and we ended up with some really heavy weights to set.
To make matters worse, this wasn’t the case with the old models, where you could set weights with the same number of reps that you set them with in the older models.
This meant that you had to get as close to a perfect set-up as you could before hitting the bar.
For example, if you were set up for a set of 10 reps with the Power Bar, and you wanted to go to 100 reps, you’d have to do about 100 reps for the same weight, and then you’d do a perfect 100 reps to get to the bar, which is not an ideal setup.
With the new one, you can set weights for 80kg or 80kg with one rep, and a perfect 10 reps to set a new mark.
Finally, the bigger the weight you use with these new models, the more you have to lift.
How do I know if I’m getting enough weight for my set-ups?
The bigger the weights, the better you’ll be able to get your reps.
It’s easy to get started by just lifting the weights a little bit, but we found that it was better to start off with heavier weights.
In order to get the most out of the weight, you should be lifting as many reps as possible in a row.
If you’re using the new machines, you may not be able do this, but the bigger you can lift, the easier it is to get into the correct weight range.
Do I need to add any equipment to my gym?
No, not really
